Wilderness Hotel is just one lodging option at The Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells! !I booked my stay at the beginning of the month, many add-ons were offered, one of them being a late check out which I paid for. A great place to travel to with family and friends.I recommend the Glacier Canyon Lodge rooms.

We stayed in the room and only went to outdoor water park on the cold because way to many people here This was our first time at the hotel, and we hope it won't be our last.

Many of the employees had masks, although not all and many weren’t wearing them over their noses. The hotel was crowded. I would guess about 5% of guests wore masks in public places. The Wilderness Hotel & Golf resort has a large selection of accommodation options with upscale condos and units overlooking Lake Delton.

The Wilderness has 4 indoor and 4 outdoor water parks totaling nearly 500,000 square feet (that is over 12 football fields of water fun!) How is the rate above? The hotel was fun and clean.

The cabin itself was quite clean and you could tell it has been used hard but was in generally good condition with the exception of the living room fan which was squeaky and the theater room which didn’t really work. The eight water parks all have something to offer so you'll always have something to do. There did seem to be less people at the water parks and the lines were shorter than I expected but we still had a few longer lines (30-40 min) for the bigger rides.

Now, the resort seems to have taken a nose dive. BS The people were in the hot tub like sardines. Yes, it offers wheelchair access, reduced mobility rooms, and facilities for disabled guests. When we finally were able to get into our room I immediately felt the whirlpool tub because I know not many housekeepers clean them correctly.
Not only was our room dirty and unsafe, but throughout the parking lot there were empty alcohol bottles and the smell of guests smoking weed.
They are not operating at less than normal capacity. To accompany that, the employees riding in the club cars had no regard for guests driving in cars in the parking lot and the only way that I can describe their driving would be reckless. We went to Klondike Kavern to swim for a bit and it was immensely overcrowded and dirty. It was caked in some kind of powder chemical residue and there were little hairs all over the bottom of it.
