They have no sense of humors.... or emotions.... or maybe no souls either.

The people at the desk are much friendlier than any other dmv I have experienced. So please enforce it. I arrived at this Springfield DMV and got the number 194, and they were on 182. I also just spoke with someone here to ask a question and had a wait time of 3 minutes and then spoke with a nice and helpful person. Rude and lazy, and of course inefficient people.They had nobody at the customer service desk, had to go behind it myself and get my own forms, since there were no new registration forms for the public. This DMV is 5 stars. Plenty of chairs and tables in a roomy environment.

It's like having the answers before you take the test. I waited almost 2 hours to be told that my form was incorrect. !Walking in and getting #264 and with them showing 240 I was ready for a long wait. Not too long I thought. We are now offering appointments for in-person visits, you can schedule an appointment using our online form. Seems like a government problem.How can anyone give even 1 star to the service here?

The 2nd visit, My Son and I changed our licenses to Oregon and had to take tests and the wait was relatively short and we had no problems. They should send someone back to their seat and have them wait their turn.

The wait was not bad at all and we would highly recommend this location.Newer.
